After weeks of smoke, a little rain is more than welcome.
It’s been raining lightly off and on with periods on sunshine lately, and it looks like that trend might keep up with a little more emphasis on the rain.
Environment Canada is calling for a cloudy day today (Sept. 10) with a 40 per cent chance of showers in the afternoon and a high 14 C.
In the evening, the temperature will drop to a low of 7 C with a steady 40 per cent chance of showers remaining.
Air quality in the region has improved, too.
