As much as 15 centimetres of snow was expected to have fallen on the city by the time all was said and done Thursday and, following some holdover flurries, a reprieve was expected to follow by midmorning today.
However, another round of flurries is forecast for Saturday.
"It looks like more snow is in the offing there," Environment Canada meteorologist Matt Loney said.
