Monthly rents and vacancy rates have been wavering in Prince George, according to a Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation survey released this week.
As of April, two bedroom apartments were going for an average $697, up $12 from the year before, even though the vacancy rate for that type of property was 6.2 per cent compared to 4.5 per cent in April 2009.
