Takla Landing RCMP is asking for the public's help in locating 62-year-old Roy French.
French was last seen July 9 at the Petro Canada Service Station in Fort St. James on Hwy 27. He was traveling to Prince George for a doctor's appointment, but didn't arrive and hasn't been seen since.
He was driving a 2007 white Ford F250 Crew Cab pickup with a rack on the rear box. The truck's license plate is CF 0797.
French is described as an Aboriginal male who stands 5'11 and weighs 209 lbs. He has brown eyes, black and grey short hair, and a tattoo of a heart on one of his arms with "Roy" written inside it.
Anyone who has seen French or has information of his whereabouts is asked to contact the Fort St. James RCMP at 250-996-8269 or your local RCMP detachment.
