Probation issued for Christmas Day break and enter

A Prince George man known to the police and court has been sentenced to a year probation for a Christmas Day break and enter. Earl Wade Johnson was issued the term Tuesday in provincial court. He had spent 31 days in custody following his Dec.

A Prince George man known to the police and court has been sentenced to a year probation for a Christmas Day break and enter.

Earl Wade Johnson was issued the term Tuesday in provincial court.

He had spent 31 days in custody following his Dec. 25, 2016 when RCMP were called to a report of an alarm going off at a Pulp Mill Road compound.

With the help of a dog, the Johnson and co-accused were found hiding underneath a piece of heavy equipment.

Falconer was sentenced in January to 90 days in jail and two years probation
