A well-known Prince George artist is on the list for Premier John Horgan's upcoming free live stream concert, to help bring British Columbians together during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kym Gouchie will be performing folk music during the event, which Horgan will host on Thursday evening (April 16) starting at 5 p.m. PST.

Another northern B.C. representation is on the list, as Alex Cuba (pop soul) from Smithers is set to perform.

Other artists include Desiree Dawson (soulful folk) out of White Rock and Dan Mangan (indie rock) out of Vancouver.
