Prince George RCMP are looking to speak with any witnesses to a motor vehicle incident that occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 21.
The collision occurred just before 7 a.m. on the Hart Highway near Bellamy Road, when a vehicle travelling northbound crossed the centre lane and collided with a vehicle driving southbound. The northbound vehicle did not stop after the collision.
The driver in the southbound vehicle did not suffer serious injury from the collision.
“We are looking to speak with anyone who witnessed the incident or may have dash camera or video surveillance capturing the suspect vehicle,” Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, media relations officer for the Prince George RCMP, said. “If you have any information on this investigation contact an investigator by calling the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line at 250-561-3300.”
The investigation is ongoing.
