Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area

-  Ian Benjamin Clark (born 1985) was sentenced to 15 months in jail for driving without due consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act, to time served and three years probation for breaching probation and to time served for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code. Clark was also prohibited from driving for one year. Clark was in custody for 109 days prior to sentencing.

- John Robert Hawkins (born 1958) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Trevor Lee Archibald (born 1970) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and one year probation for assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and prohibited from driving for 10 years, fined $1,500 and assessed a $450 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08. Archibald was also issued at 10-year firearms prohibition on the uttering threats count and assessed a further $200 in victim charges.

- Walter Scott Bowman (born 1969) was sentenced to 108 days in jail for  break and enter with intent to commit offence and theft $5,000 or under and to 30 days in jail and 18 months probation for a second count of theft $5,000 or under Bowman was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the counts and was in custody for 47 days prior to sentencing.

- Ricardo Daniel Gomes (born 1979) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code. 

- Garth Everett Prince (born 1978) was sentenced to one year in jail and two years probation, issued a five-year sexual offenders prohibition, ordered to provide a DNA sample and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for possessing child pornography.

- Cody Russell Smith (born 1996) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for assault. Smith was also sentenced to one year probation on the count and for two counts of mischief $5,000 or under. 

- Christopher Frank Phillips (born 1977) was sentenced to time served, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. Phillips was in custody for 82 days prior to sentencing.

- Kelly Lem Ritchie (born 1968) was sentenced to time served and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for two counts of breaching a release order. Ritchie was in custody for 22 days prior to sentencing.

- Jesse James Richardson (born 2002) was sentenced to time served and one year probation for assaulting a peace officer, mischief $5,000 or under, committed in Willow River, possessing stolen property over $5,000 and breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence. Richardson was also ordered to provide a DNA sample on the break and enter count and was in custody for 145 days prior to sentencing.

- Cole Montana Preston Burger aka Cole Hart Roach (born 1994) was sentenced to time served and 18 months probation for assault, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, possessing a firearm contrary to an order, breaching an undertaking and breaching a release order. Burger was in custody for 136 days prior to sentencing and for 41 days following his arrest on the firearms charge.

- Eryk Christopher Edge (born 1980) was sentenced to a 60-day conditional sentence order and one year probation and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for two counts of theft $5,000 or under and to breaching probation.

- Daniel Jordan Daley (born 1992) was sentenced to time served and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under, possessing stolen property under $5,000 and breaching a release order and prohibited from driving for one year for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. Daley was in custody for 45 days prior to sentencing.

- William Barry Peter Prince (born 1995) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation. Prince was in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.
