A local casino is coming together to help members of their work family.
Treasure Cove Casino will be holding a fundraiser tomorrow (July 12) in the parking lot from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. to help three employees who have been diagnosed with cancer, two have breast cancer and one other has lung cancer.
All monies raised will go to the employees to help while they are off work and during treatment.
Some of the funds will also go to the Prince George Cancer Clinic.
There will be hotdogs, chips, and pops by donation.
There will also be "F U" wine cups for sale with a live band playing.
Two employees, Barb White and Chace Keene, are also shaving their heads to show support.
Contours Hair Design is providing two stylists to help with the fundraiser.
