Police respond to two stabbings

Prince George RCMP were called out to deal with two stabbings over Friday night. Shortly after 11 p.m. they were called out to the 4500 block of Buba Road in the Hart industrial area where a youth was stabbed in the neck with a piece of glass.

Shortly after 11 p.m. they were called out to the 4500 block of Buba Road in the Hart industrial area where a youth was stabbed in the neck with a piece of glass. One male was arrested and taken into custody.

At 3:30 a.m. Saturday, a fight broke between two young males broke out near the corner of Third Avenue and Quebec Street downtown, leaving one with a non-life-threatening stab wound in the upper chest-shoulder area.

The suspect is described as aboriginal, five-feet eight-inches tall with a very slender build and wearing a ball cap with a blue bandana around the lower part of his face and black jacket with a white hoody underneath.
