Prince George Fire Rescue crews were called to a structure fire in the 3700 block of Pinewood Avenue on Friday morning.
A fire had started in the roof area of the building, but the occupants had extinguished it by the time fire crews arrived, a statement issued by the Prince George Fire Rescue service said.
No one was injured in the fire, which caused approximately $5,000 in damage.
The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental.
