Thirty-four building permits for $8.1 million worth of construction were taken out at city hall in November, according to a staff report.
At $2.5 million, the Nine on Seventh condominium porject at 1699-7th Ave. led the way. The nine-unit, three-storey structure is the latest to become eligible for the city's multi-family housing Incentives program.
Five permits for $2.3 million worth of new single-family homes were also issued.
A touchless car wash at the Fifth and Carney Shell was also a permit of note at $700,000.
The total for the month raises the year-to-date total to $115.6 million on 454 permits, down from$125.5 million on 444 permits last year but up from $84.5 million on 465 permits by the same point in 2016.
