Weather permitting, six paving projects are expected to be completed over the next two weeks.
Roughly 5.5 lane kilometres of Foothills Boulevard between the Foothills Bridge and north of First Avenue will be paved July 25-27. The estimated cost is $720,000.
About 1.3 lane kilometres of Rainbow Drive between Ospika Boulevard and Ahbau Street will be paved Aug. 2. The estimated cost is $216,000.
Roughly 0.8 lane kilometres of McGill Crescent between Domano Boulevard and Eton Crescent will have its asphalt milled Wednesday and paved July 29 at an estimated cost of $127,000.
Two lane kilometres of West Austin Road between South Kelly Road and Foothills Boulevard will be paved Aug. 1. The estimated cost of that project is $376,000.
About 0.8 lane kilometres of Ferry Avenue between Highway 16 and Recreation Place Road will be milled Wednesday and paved July 30 at an estimated cost of $109,000.
Another 0.9 lane kilometres of Nicholson Street between 15th and 18th Avenues will be milled Wednesday and paved July 31. The estimated cost is $64,000.
