The City of Prince George 2010 Capital Road Rehabilitation Program has been completed under budget, allowing for an additional project to commence.
Almost 2 km of University Way, from Shane Creek to Tyner Boulevard, will be paved on Tuesday, July 27. The estimated cost is $290,000.
"Council identified road rehabilitation as one of our top priorities in the City's strategic plan," said Mayor Dan Rogers. "We have committed a record amount to road rehabilitation this year to ensure we continue to meet and improve service level standards."
