Northern Health Authority may cover the greatest geographical region of B.C., but accounted for only three per cent of patient care quality complaints in the province in 2009-10, according to a report released late July.
The results demonstrate how the Northern Health Authority's managers are both hearing and addressing patients' concerns, said Eryn Collins, media relations for Northern Health.
