A federal parolee has disappeared from his Prince Geoge halfway house.

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Christopher Simon, 29, who is considered unlawfully at large.

"Simon is connected to gang activity, but is not believed to have any associates in Prince George," said Prince George RCMP spokesman Cpl. Craig Douglass. Simon is considered too dangerous for the public to approach, if seen. Anyone who knows of his activities or whereabouts is asked to call 911 as soon as possible but don't engage him.

"[He] has an extensive Criminal Record including both violence and property-related offenses," Douglass said.

He has three distinguishing tattoos on his face. The first is the letters TS on top of each other on his left cheek. The other two tattoos are of tear drops coming from both eyes. He also has several other tattoos including on his upper arms, forearm and hand.
