Arby L. Bai was sentenced to one year in jail and prohibited from driving for three years for flight from a peace officer, to six months in jail for possession of stolen property and to three months in jail for breach of probation and possession of a firearm contrary to an order and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition on the last charge.

Lisa L. Gundlach was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of probation.

Sean R. Killam was sentenced to on day in jail and 18 months probation and ordered to pay a $50 victim surcharge for two counts of assault.

Brandon R. Wehr was sentenced to four months in jail for possession for the purpose of trafficking and to one day in jail for breach of a recognizance or undertaking, both committed in Prince George, and to one day in jail for possession for the purpose of trafficking, committed in Kelowna.

Feb. 17

Barry N. Lang was sentenced to three months in jail for theft $5,000 or less.

Feb. 15

Diana Y. Feierabend was sentenced to one year probation with a conditional discharge for resisting or wilfully obstructing a peace officer.

Lawrence T. Gross was sentenced to 15 days in jail and one year probation for driving while disqualified under the criminal code and to 12 days in jail for theft $5,000 or less.
