Where can you dance, workout, have fun and help out a good cause all at once? At a Zumba Dance Party Hospice fundraiser, of course.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness craze, and Pop Media’s Camille MacDonald is hosting a Zumba Dance Party at the Roll-A-Dome this Friday (Oct. 26) to raise money for the Prince George Hospice Society.
MacDonald is dancing for Team Hospice at this year's “Boogie with the Stars” and 100 per cent of the proceeds from the dance party will be donated to the hospice.
The party will be led by Zumba instructor Sandra Cardenas and friends, and there will also be a DJ and a cash bar.
Everyone will also get one free drink ticket. The bartender will be serving up wine and beer, as well as flat and sparkling water and a variety of pop.
Additional drinks are only $5 and everyone is welcome to stay after the dancing to mingle.
Advance tickets are available here for $15 (or $20 at the door).
Doors open at 7 p.m., dancing starts at 7:30 p.m. and the DJ starts at 9 p.m.
