On Our Radar: El Jefe Tacos to pop up at Prince George's Ritual Coffee Bar

Ritual Coffee Bar does!

So for one day only, Ritual on Third Avenue will be serving gourmet tacos alongside its usual fresh coffee and espresso-based drinks.

They are hosting an ‘El Jefe Tacos” pop-up on Wednesday, July 10 at noon. All tacos will be served on gluten-free white corn tortillas and you’ll be able to get two tacos for $6 or four tacos for $12.

Here’s what you’re going to be able to choose from:

• The Cabo, which includes sautéed jumbo prawns, spicy mayo, romaine and cabbage, mango salsa fresca and cilantro.
• The Al Pasto, which includes 24-hour pulled and spiced pork, pineapple, pickled red onion and cream.
• The Tinga De Pollo, which includes pulled chicken and chorizo stew, salsa verde, cream, scallions, pickled red onion.
• The Tofino, which includes sautéed kale, refried black beans, roasted wild mushrooms, spicy mayo and scallions.

Be sure to taco about it with all of your foodie friends. Ritual Coffee Bar is located at 1085 Third Ave. next to the Prince George courthouse.
