One of four people implicated in the case, Eric W. Johnson was sentenced to nine months in jail and 18 months probation, in Prince George provincial court on Thursday for extortion.
The outcome follows sentencing of Jonathan K. Relkey on March 4 to one day in jail and 18 months probation on the same charge. Relkey had credit for 18 months time served prior to sentencing.
