A second phase of work will start this Monday on River Road.
To focus on a two-kilometre stretch from Foley Crescent to the CN overpass at First Avenue, the improvements will be much the same as the ones made to a 1.6-kilometre section between Foley and the Cameron Street Bridge last fall, city engineering assistant Kristy Brown said.
