Mystery shoppers prompt response from Bond

Transportation minister Shirley Bond says she wants to toughen used-car inspections in response to the findings of mystery shoppers from the Automobile Protection Association.

"We want to build a new set of tools in addition to the ones that are in place to ensure that if people are going to chose to do shoddy work that's not going to happen in British Columbia," Shirley Bond told CTV.
