Prince George Fire Rescue was called to the Husky Oil refinery on Friday afternoon.
Called to the Pulpmill Road location at 1:45 p.m., they arrived to find Husky's emergency response team controlling a minor incident.
No injuries were reported and the plant remained operating, PGFR assistant chief Greg Wilkins said.
