The Meerholz brothers are back behind bars.
Francois Christiaan Meerholz and Dillan Meerholz are in custody, each facing three counts of breaching of recognizance for allegedly violating the conditions of their release in part while waiting for a kidnapping trial to resume in 2014.
Details of the allegations were not immediately available but Dillan Meerholz will remain behind bars until at least Friday when a judicial interim release or bail hearing is scheduled.
Both remained in custody following similar hearings on Tuesday. A fix date hearing on the charges is scheduled for next Wednesday.
