A man caught on camera committing an indecent act in a local business has been sentenced to 24 days in jail.
During a hearing at in Prince George provincial court on Monday, Jessie Scott Ferris was also sentenced to two years probation for the offence committed on Oct. 4.
Police subsequently issued images from the store's surveillance camera and asked for the public's help to identify the culprit.
Ferris was also sentenced to two years probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for assault from a Nov. 3 incident and he was also issued a conviction for breaching probation on Nov. 1.
Ferris spent 44 days in custody on the assault charge prior to sentencing.
