From Prince George provincial court, July 17-23, 2015:
George William Alexis (born 1973) was sentenced to 22 days in jail and one year probation and ordered to pay a $200 victim surcharge for break and enter with intent to commit an offence.
Alexis must also serve the remainder of a conditional sentence he had been issued for a previous offence, committed in Merritt, adding up to 255 days.
Chet Lee Bradley (born 1978) was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay $200 in victim surcharges for mischief $5,000 or under and assault. Bradley had been in custody for 47 days prior to sentencing.
Coda Dayne Gheslain Hiscock (born 1987) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Hiscock was also fined $200 plus a $30 victim surcharge for mischief, committed in Kelowna.
Quentin Mackenzie Nooski (born 1982) was sentenced to 18 days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.
Philicity Rhea Lafreniere (born 1990) was sentenced to 45 days in jail after a 90-day conditional sentence issued July 8 for break and enter to commit an indictable offence was suspended.
Tara Mae Lolly (born 1974) was sentenced to 21 days in jail and ordered to pay $300 in victim surcharges for three counts of breach of an undertaking or recognizance.
Brandon Douglas Joseph Deeg (born 1993) was sentenced to 35 days in jail for assault, committed in Burns Lake, to 21 days for carrying a weapon or prohibited device, committed in Prince George, and to 11 days for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and breach of an undertaking, committed in Prince George.
Deeg was also sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay $400 in victim surcharges.
Charles James Fillion (born 1991) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence, issued a two-year firearms prohibition and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Reggie Marcel Patrick (born 1990) was sentenced to eight days in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation.
Gregory Howard Bobb (born 1968) was sentenced to 46 days in jail for assault with a weapon and to 30 days in jail for breach of undertaking or recognizance both committed in Fort St. James and to 30 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under, committed in Prince George.
Bobb was also ordered to pay $300 in victim surcharges.
Walter Peter Hall (born 1951) was ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of probation. Hall was in custody for 13 days prior to sentencing.
Boyd Webster Lackey (born 1965) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for breach of probation.
Jamie Lynn Redpath (born 1982) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Leslie Daryl Isaac (born 1964) was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking or recognizance. Isaac was in custody for six days prior to sentencing.
Jason Lloyd Kivi (born 1977) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Kurt Werner Steinhauser (born 1982) was sentenced to 64 days in jail and 18 months in jail for being in a dwelling-house without lawful excuse and to 30 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation.
Steinhauser was also ordered to pay $600 in victim fine surcharges.
David Daniel Thomas (born 1991) was prohibited from driving for one year and sentenced to 14 days in jail, intermittent, and one year probation and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for violating a prohibition against driving by the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Karri Rose Basil (born 1988) was sentenced to 141 days in jail and 15 months probation, issued a nine-year firearms prohibition and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for assault with a weapon.
Sebastian Gordon Goudreau (born 1988) was sentenced to 732 days in jail for possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon, to one year time served for carrying a concealed weapon and to eight months time served for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
Goudreau was also ordered to pay $600 in victim surcharges.
Calum Andrew McArthur (born 1980) was sentenced to one year probation and fined $600 plus a $180 victim surcharge for breach of a recognizance.
Lance Robert Ernest Park (born 1965) was sentenced to 57 days in jail and ordered to pay $200 in victim surcharges for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and breach of probation.
