A 40-year-old man has been charged with a count of possession for the purpose of trafficking from an incident late Sunday morning on Tamarack Street.
Jason Thomas Paquette was arrested after RCMP were called to a report someone had been stabbed, which proved false.
Police have said "a significant amount of cash" as well as cocaine and methamphetamine were found on Paquette.
More cocaine, methamphetamine as well as drug trafficking paraphernalia and several top-of-the-line mountain bikes were also found, RCMP said, and a 32-year-old woman was arrested and later released on a promise to appear in court.
