A heartbreaking letter to Santa has sparked an outpouring of concern and support for a little boy in Texas.
Seven-year-old Blake had to flee domestic violence with his family, and is now concerned that Santa won't be able to find him.
His letter explains to Santa that his dad got mad, and he and his mother had to leave to go to the shelter. He is nervous and afraid to speak to any of the other kids at the shelter and finishes his note by asking Santa if he can bring him a "very, very good dad."
"Can you do that too? Love Blake."
Since then, the shelter has posted on social media that Blake and his mother are safe.
"The outpouring of support for Blake and his mom today has been INCREDIBLE! For those concerned, we can assure you that Blake and his mom's safety has not been compromised by sharing his letter."
The shelter also says it is trying to keep up with replying to comments and has added a pair of links they use to help support the women and children staying there.

Blake's mom found the letter to Santa in his backpack a few weeks ago, and the shelter says: "Thanks to your donations through Santa's Sack, Blake is getting exactly what he asked for from Santa. But with 117 women and children needing shelter this holiday season, we need your help to make sure they have a safe place to stay throughout December."
