A man who held up a fast food restaurant at knife point was sentenced Wednesday to one day in jail and three years probation.
Lucas Vincent Lee Switzer, 22, had spent most of his time in custody since he was arrested on Dec. 1, 2011 following a robbery of the Victoria Street McDonald's restaurant. Switzer was arrested a short distance away.
His criminal record dates back to August 2009 and include three convictions for mischief $5,000 or under, using a forged document, all committed in Prince George, and assault, committed in Kamloops.
