A 71-year-old Kamloops man was the person who died in a head-on collision near Burns Lake on Labour Day, the B.C. Coroners Service said Wednesday.
Rodney Randolph Hoffman died at the scene after his eastbound sport utility vehicle crossed the centre line on Highway 16 and collided with an oncoming motorhome about 30 kilometres west of the community at about 11:40 a.m. Monday.
