Fort St. John city councilor Don Irwin announced Thursday that he'll seek the Conservative Party of Canada nomination to be the MP for Prince George-Peace River.
This news comes just a few days after long-time MP Jay Hill announced he won't be running in the next election. "Jay Hill has done an excellent job of serving our area and the country and I want to continue and expand his work in northeast B.C. and in Ottawa" said Irwin.
