There was a house fire in the 4400 block of First Avenue that the Prince George Fire Rescue responded to at about 1:30 on Tuesday morning.
First crews to arrive found the fire at the front of the house that extended further into the residence.
The blaze was quickly extinguished by fire fighters.
There were no injuries to the fire crews, two residents and all family pets were safely rescued including a dog, cat, kittens and a bunny.
Damage to the residence is estimated at $25,000.
