Prince George RCMP have arrested three people in connection with what is now being treated as a homicide at a home in the 800 block of Douglas Street.
"Two adults and a young person, all males, have been taken into custody and are believed to be responsible for the death," Prince George RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass said.
"The deceased and the suspects are known to each other and police do not believe the public is in danger."
The victim's name may be released following an autopsy later this week, Douglass said. Names of the three arrested have not been released.
RCMP were called to the scene in the Central Fort George neighbourhood at about 3:30 p.m. Friday. The street was closed and the RCMP's serious crime and forensic identification sections joined the investigation.
