Spotless Uniform and Linen was destroyed by fire late Tuesday, Aug. 5.
The business is located on Kenworth Road at Highway 97.
Prince George Fire headed to the scene shortly after 9 p.m. with three engine trucks, a pumper truck and a rescue truck. Fire crews were expected to be there overnight and into Wednesday to deal with the removal of hazardous materials, including cleaning chemicals.
The building was destroyed. There were no injuries reported.
Highway 97 was closed during the firefighting effort.
Spotless Uniform and Linen provided industrial clothing and fabric materials cleaning services for businesses in BC and Alberta.
