The Northern Health Connections bus system will have reduced service over the holiday period.
All short-haul routes will begin their final trips on Dec. 18 and all long-haul routes will begin their last runs on Dec. 22. The call centre for the bus service will be closed between Dec. 24 and Dec. 27.
Regular bus service will resume starting Dec. 30.
The Connections buses transport patients and a caregiver to and from non-urgent out of town medical appointments around the region. Fares vary depending on the distance traveled.
