Traffic will be reduced to single lane alternating at a few spots along Highway 16 as maintenance work is carried out Thursday.
West of Prince George, the locations are at the railway overhead 4.7 km west of Fraser Lake, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and at the railway overhead 17.4 km west of Fraser Lake, 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
To the east, road construction three km east of McBride will continue through to June 19, meaning up to 20 minute delays.
Maintenance on the West Twin bridge 30 km west of McBride will continue through to June 13, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m daily.
Construction work eight km and 11.7 km south of Quesnel will also cause delays.
