Highway 97 is closed in both directions three kilometres north of Clinton because of a vehicle incident, the Ministry of Transportation's DriveBC service said in an alert.
Estimated time of re-opening is 7 p.m. and no detour is available.
Alternate routes are Highway 24 and Highway 1.
