High winds cause power outages west of Prince George

It's windy out there! 

BC Hydro is busy this morning dealing with multiple outages around Prince George and west of the city. 

Crews are currently on-site dealing with a fallen tree down across wires that knocked power out since 8:26 a.m. at south of Leland Road and East of Walter Road affecting 156 customers. 

A wire down at west of Vanhill Road, north of Highway 16 and east of Gauthier Road also knocked out the power at 7:40 a.m. affecting 59 customers.

Crews are onsite and power is estimated to be back on around noon.
