A 66-year-old man turned himself into police after allegedly giving three people a scare Thursday morning by brandishing a handgun while walking by them as they waited in front of a local hotel.
The man attended the Prince George RCMP detachment later the same day and remained in custody pending a court appearance Friday, Cpl. Craig Douglass said.
A replica handgun was also seized by police.
