To celebrate their 20th year making music, Newfoundland mainstays Great Big Sea are extending their anniversary tour to include a stop in Prince George.
Tickets for the Oct. 24 show at CN Centre go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
The band kicked off their cross-Canada tour in March in support of XX - a special two-disc set capturing the highs of a recording career that spans 10 albums and two DVDs as well as new music.
Great Big Sea, consisting of Alan Doyle, Sean McCann and Bob Hallett, have also added dates in Nanaimo, Vernon, Kamloops and Red Deer.
Tickets are available at Ticketmaster outlets for the all-ages show, ranging in price from $25 to a four-pack for $80, plus fees and charges.
