Lorraine Grant was the winner of the Prince George Hospice Societys Dream Home Lottery 50-50 prize.
Grant's ticket (number 3231) was drawn Thursday night for $76,360.
Ted Perry was the last of the early-bird prize winners, coming away on Dec. 29 with a 10-day stay at Mar de Pulpi Resort in Spain from Escape Solutions and $3,000 towards travel from The Prince George Hospice Society.
There is still a chance to win the grand prize, a 2,754-square foot home worth $480,000.
As of Friday, there were 650 tickets left for sale with the final draw set for Thurs., Jan. 15. Sales end at 5 p.m. on that day.
It's located at 7648 Stillwater Cres., and is open between the hours of 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily to view and purchase the $100 tickets.
Tickets can also be purchased online at hospicedreamhome.ca or by calling 1-866-419-7604. The draw for the house will take place on Jan. 15.
