Paula Dignault was fined $1 for a municipal bylaw offence.

Kyle Estill Fawcett was issued a $500 one year recognizance after allegation for assault with a weapon and causing fear of injury/damage to property.

Kassanda Alexandra Joseph was fined $500 for breach of probation order.

Trevor Lyn Macfarlane was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of undertaking or recognizance.

Patrick John Massettoe was sentenced to one day in jail for failure to comply to a sentence, surcharge or disposition.

Feb. 2

Ronald Edward Luft was issued a $500 one year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Michael William McKee was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Feb. 1

Rick Lee Alexis was sentenced to one day in jail and 18 months probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for assault causing bodily harm, committed in Fort St. James.

Bernard Mangiliok Andreason was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for causing disturbance by fighting or screaming.

Brennan Aronald James Smith was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for breach of probation.

Warren Travis West was sentenced to five days in jail and one year probation for committing an indecent act in a public place, assault, uttering threats and breach of an undertaking.

Lorne Alfred Earl Zerke was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under.

Brent Edward Close Langan was sentenced to two months in jail for assault, to six weeks in jail for assault and breach of an undertaking or recognizance, to one month in jail for criminal harassment, committed in Prince George and to two weeks in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Dawson Creek. Langan was also sentenced to two years probation on all counts.

Jan. 31

Bonita Susan Dempsey was sentenced to a four month conditional sentence for two counts of theft $5,000 or under.

Madeline Joseph was sentenced to 14 days in jail and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act and to one day in jail for theft $5,000 or under.

Kathleen Mae Luggi was sentenced to one day in jail and six months probation for breach of probation.

David Allen Metin was prohibited from driving for 18 months and sentenced to 18 months probation and fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Roger Lee Plant was sentenced to three months in jail for uttering threats and to 14 days in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Sakani Scotty Tom was sentenced to 21 days in jail for one count of breach of probation and to 14 days in jail for a second count of breach of probation.
