RONALD Allan NELSON was fined $350 plus a $52.50 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

KEITH David RELKEY was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for theft $5,000 or under.

TODD Jonathon Edgar COLE was sentenced to 30 days in jail for breach of probation and to 16 days in jail and 18 months probation for assault and breach of probation. Cole had credit for 44 days time served prior to sentencing on the assault and second breach of probation and was assessed $50 victim surcharges on all counts.
JOLENE Leeann HANSON was sentenced to five months in jail for assault causing bodily harm, committed in Fort St. James.
LORNE Cecil PAQUETTE was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.
