Oct. 12

Amanda Leslie Allan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under.

Anthony David Anderson was sentenced to one day in jail and issued a $50 victim surcharge for breach of probation and fined $250 plus a $37.50 victim surcharge for a second count of breach of probation.

Nancy Mae Felix was sentenced to seven days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and to one day in jail for a second count of theft $5,000 or under.

Remi Paul Gauthier was sentenced to six months in jail for three counts of theft $5,000 or under.

Russell Dale McDermid was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

William Justin Thomas was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for failing to appear in court, committed in Vanderhoof.

Oct. 11

Richard John Norman Brown was fined $920 and issued a three-month, $500 recognizance for driving without a licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Miranda Mary Cahoose was sentenced to one day in jail and 18 months probation and issued a two-year firearms prohibition for assault, breach of an undertaking and breach of probation, and to 18 months probation for theft $5,000 or under.

Kassandre Alexandra Joseph was sentenced to five days in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Daniel James Massettoe was sentenced to 174 days in jail and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for assault and assault causing bodily harm and to 30 days in jail for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, committed in Fort Ware. Massettoe also received two years probation on the convictions.

Arlen Robby Mattess was sentenced to three years in jail and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for sexual assault and attempting to choke to overcome resistance.

Lisa Genevieve Quaw was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for breach of probation.

Kimberly Iris Alec was sentenced to a three-month conditional sentence and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Oct. 12

Dale James Williams was sentenced to three years in jail for assault with a weapon, breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence, to one year in jail for possession of a break-in instrument and to six months in jail for possession of a weapon while prohibited, possession of property obtained by crime, breaking and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence and use of a firearm in committing an offence, committed in Valemount, and to six months in jail for uttering threats and unauthorized possession of a firearm, committed in Tete Jaune Cache. Williams was also issued a 10-year firearms prohibition.
