It's a new direction for traffic on Fourth Avenue.
As of today, the downtown corridor switches from one-way to two-way travel.
The city is reminding drivers to be careful and obey posted speed limits, traffic signs and new traffic signaling.
"The project will improve safety, access and comfort for pedestrians and cyclist by reducing the number of lanes on the street from three to two and by reallocating the space to promote walking and cycling," said a city press release.
