There were starts on four single-family homes in the Prince George area in January, according to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, the same total reached over the same month last year.
The total is in marked contrast to January 2006, 2007 and 2008 when there were 13, 13 and 17 starts respectively, but is in line with January 2004 and 2005 when there were three and five starts. There were zero starts in January 2003.
