A missing Fort St. James women has been located safe and sound in the Lower Mainland.
Marcia Wilson, also known as Marcia Chipman, reported herself to an RCMP detachment in the Lower Mainland after hearing
media reports that police were looking for her.
"She went into the nearest detachment and reported herself," North District RCMP spokesperson Cst. Lesley Smith said. "She has since contacted her family."
Members of Wilson's family reported her missing after she failed to contact them over the Christmas holidays. She had moved from Fort St. James in July 2011 and her family had not seen or heard from her since.
