Northern Health's weekly public flu clinics will continue at the health unit facility on Edmonton Street until the end of February.
The influenza vaccine will be available from 1 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. every Friday, through Feb. 28.
Aside from the public clinics, people can also receive the flu shot from their physician or by visiting participating pharmacists.
The vaccine is available for free for a number of high-risk groups including the young, the elderly, those with chronic illnesses, First Nations people, people who live with those in high-risk categories and people who plan to visit a hospital or certain other healthcare facilities. Those who don't qualify for a free vaccine can purchase one.
More information on clinic times are available by calling 250-565-7311.
