There was a structure fire in the 100 block of Anderson Street that Prince George Fire Rescue crews from three halls responded to at about 5:50 a.m. on Friday, April 19.
Upon arrival, fire crews were met with very heavy smoke from all sides, and flame from one large window.
Fire crews extinguished the fire very quickly, minimizing damage to the structure.
Damage is estimated at $100,000.
Neighbouring homes were not affected by the fire.
There were no injuries to fire crews or residents.
Displaced residents are being assisted by Emergency Support Services.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
