A 2300 block Quince Street duplex suffered an estimated $120,000 damage when a fire broke out in the home's carport shortly after midnight Friday.
The blaze not only struck four vehicles in the carport but spread into the home's attic and melted some siding of a neighbouring home, Prince George Fire Rescue said.
Firefighters also had to deal with downed power lines but were able to quickly bring the fire under control once on the scene.
No one was injured and several pets in the homes were also unharmed.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
